RBW & CO. brings together Cory Ritter, Bill Buckentine, and Dan Wainright—three partners who have worked together for years and share a commitment to the clients and communities they serve. From our offices in Monticello and Little Falls, our team provides tax, accounting, audit, and advisory services to businesses throughout and beyond the borders of Minnesota.

Cory R. Ritter, CPA | Managing Partner
Growing up, Cory saw firsthand what it takes to run a small business: his parents owned two of them. That experience still shapes how he works with clients. He listens closely, takes their questions seriously, and offers practical guidance that accounts for the people as well as the numbers.
Cory works with business owners in construction, manufacturing, retail, hospitality, and professional services. His work includes tax planning, financial statements, QuickBooks, and business consulting. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Professional Accountancy and Business Finance from Northern State University.
William F. Buckentine, CPA | Partner
Bill’s interest in accounting began at his family’s kitchen table, where he watched his parents sort through the paperwork for their small business each tax season. He wanted to make that work easier for business owners. What has kept him in the profession is the opportunity to build lasting relationships and help clients make progress toward their goals.
Bill advises clients across construction, manufacturing, transportation, real estate, retail, and professional services. His work includes business tax, financial statement preparation and review, QuickBooks, and business consulting. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from St. Cloud State University.
Daniel T. Wainright, CPA | Partner
Dan recognizes the financial risks business owners face, particularly in the formative years. He appreciates that owners invest significant time and resources and make decisions that impact their families, employees, and long-term plans. Dan helps clients interpret their financial statements, anticipate tax and cash-flow needs, and evaluate the financial implications of strategic decisions. He delivers actionable insights and practical strategies to support growth and long-term stability.
Known for an approachable, conversational manner, Dan takes time to understand the people behind each business. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from St. Cloud State University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant. Outside the office, he enjoys outdoor activities with his wife and their Labrador, Teddy.
